Please read our tech tips for completing your ticket or subscription purchase using our online ticketing system. You’ll find out how to view your account, see if you have an account credit and use that credit, and how to apply promo codes to your purchase.
Group Sales
We offer discounts for large groups! Bring your whole office or family to come see a show. It’s a great way to celebrate the holidays, birthdays or other special events.
- Groups of 10 – 19 people: 10% off
- Groups of 20+ people: 20% off

Refunds, Exchanges & Tax Deduction
Refund Policy: All ticket purchases are final, and there are no refunds.
Exchanges: Exchanges are possible for a fee of $5 per ticket. Please contact the Box Office to exchange at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
Tax Deduction for Unused Tickets: If you cannot use your tickets to any performance, consider donating them back to the 6th Street Playhouse. Please contact the Box Office prior to the performance date to convert your ticket to a tax-deductible donation.
Account Credits: Account credits will only be issued to current subscribers with management approval. If issued, account credits shall be valid for up to one calendar year following the issue date.

Date of Performance
Subscriber tickets are good only for the date on the ticket. They cannot be used on any other date.
Exchanges of Subscription Tickets
Exchanges are free to process. Please contact the Box Office to exchange at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
Tax Deduction for Unused Tickets
If you cannot use your tickets to any performance, consider donating them back to the 6th Street Playhouse. Please contact the Box Office prior to the performance date to receive the deduction and our thanks.
Lost Ticket Replacement
If you arrive at the theater and do not have your ticket confirmation we can provide it for you at the box office.
No Late Seating
We strongly recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to the show time. Latecomers will be seated at intermission.
In Case of Unforeseen Events
To accommodate the unknown during these unpredictable times, productions will be live-streamed and/or recorded when licensing is available. In the event of cancellations or changes in dates due to unforeseen events, tickets may be redeemed for all available virtual performances of each production.
All ticket purchases are final, there are no refunds.
